Start Up

the Presence Within is the still small voice talked about elsewhere. It is your higher self, soul, spirit whatever you would like to call it.  All you have to do to find it is close your eyes, find yourself within yourself start walking around with the purpose to find the presence within you.  You may find yourself automatically finding the Presence.  As you come upon it feel it's presence. See what surrounds it. Describe it to yourself.  It is you but an expanded version of you. Sit down quietly and just allow whatever messages come to you. Join with it.  Allow it to flow through you. Become one with it.
