Know your own truth.  Know yourself.  Being Clairsentient (some call it an em path)  I pick up on other peoples feelings.  Sometimes I take their feeling in.  I did this recently with a "homeless" man I met.  I did not realize it at the time but the next day I felt despair in the morning and early afternoon.  As I questioned it within myself I realized that it was not my despair but his that I had taken on.  I then gave it up to God or my source and the despair disappeared. We are all empaths to one degree or another and we all take on others feelings or moods to some degree or another.  We must know who we are to know what is ours and what is someone else's.  That way when we take on these emotions we know that this is not our truth.  We can then release it to our higher power. We clear ourselves.


Your actions help define who  you are.  If you are a compassionate person you will take compassionate actions.  Look to your actions negative and positive to see who you are.  Seek to embody those positive actions to create more positive actions.

If say you are a vegetarian because you wish no harm brought to animals but, wear leather belts and shoes do not put yourself down for these actions but embodied being a true vegetarian eventually you will find other means of clothing yourself.   If you are a vegetarian because you want a healthier lifestyle embody the healthier lifestyle.
