Allow the healing.   Feel the healing coming into your body.  No matter what the outside looks like.   Your creator wants you to be well and happy.  Feel the healing and be well. I just woke from a dream where I was part of all these different dimensions and they were all connected to each other  but, there was no conflict between dimensions.  One of the main ones being bliss.  There was no up or down right or wrong no conflict what soever just a feeling of bliss.

I believe our own feelings of bliss are hindered by our judgements.  If we did not have judgements we would be in a state of perfect bliss.

Become one with all that is around you all that you want to be hear, do,  say,  feel. Become one with the tree you see, become one with the car your drive, become one with the place where you live. They are all a part of your consciousness. You projects these things our from the inner you. the presence with in. When you start to become one with it you will understand where it comes from. Then, you are able to understand it.  Once you have a major undersanding of these things, people etc. you/they change.  If you do not like something in your life you have to understand it first and then the consciousness of it will change along with you consciousness.

To become one with the Tree, feel what it would be like to be a tree, roots deep down in the earth, wind blowing through your leaves, feel your trunk and bark.  Same with the car or home feel what your car feels like the engine the interior the exterior, carpets, seats all of it. And, then your home, feel you are your home different rooms what it feels like to be a certain room in your house, the sun shining in, or not.  The furniture the bathroom and kitchen fixtures all of it. 
Allow negative thoughts and then allow the light of the creator to shine though them.  Once you do this with simple things then go on to people animals etc. around you. Feel what it is like to be those people and then bless them know that while you feel them you do not know what they have gone through to become this person.  You can then forgive them for whatever slight.

Allow the light of the creator to shine through all of this.
